Simon was fantastic in navagiting us through the mortgage process, which was greatly appreciated given our complicated circumstances. We also got a rate that was a lot better than we expected! One of the other major positives was Simon's constant communication and if he was unavailable one of his team would provide an update.

Totally aware of vendors and purchaser's needs, personable, detailed and attentive. ALWAYS available, nothing's a problem that can't be sorted out. Nony is a deal maker, she delivers, BANG, deal done! It is seldom that I gain such a rapport with someone I've actually never met. It was both a personal and professional pleasure to work with Nony. Charters have a real star in their midst. But we mustn't overlook Leanne, who drove the legals over the line. Well done to the Charters team!

Great service: proactive and appropiately persistent in finding our pefect home

We worked with Connor to not only buy our new home but also to sell ours, He was always available to chat and responded to questions in the morning, after work, whilst on holiday, via the phone, text, whatsaspp etc etc. Couldnt fault him in anyway and helped us navigate what was a tricky situation for our children (did not want to move!). However, there are only 5 here! It's taking us a long time to find the right house but Nony never tires of us or gives up! She is exceptional, dedicated beyond belief (we get emails at midnight sometimes), professional, tenacious, very funny, efficient, enthusiastic....the list goes on! We've never come across anyone quite like Nony!!!!
