Irrepressibly brilliant!

Nony is, simply, the best. I love Charters... they are always welcoming, helpful, and efficient. And Nony is irrepressibly enthusiastic, hunting for that perfect fit between buyer and proper, or seller and deal.

Fabulous personal service from start to finish

Having just relocated back to the UK after many years overseas, it was a great stroke of fortune to be introduced to Simon and his team who guided us the entire way through the confusing world of property buying and mortgages. Simon was ever the consummate professional and was able to guide and advise us as to what we needed to do to ensure we would be in the best possible position when the time came to start house hunting. With his personal approach, excellent communication and hard work up front we felt confident that Simon would give us the best possible result when we were ready to go ahead. Therefore when the time came to make the application then Simon was able to secure us an excellent mortgage and with a fantastic and fast service. Always with a personal touch and a friendly style, it has been a genuine pleasure to work with Simon and we would without hesitation recommend him to anyone looking for the best mortgage advice with the best possible service.

Excellent

Connor has been extremely helpful with our house move. He has always been polite, reliable and quick to sort out any queries or issues. The whole process has exceeded our expectations and we have been very satisfied with the service. We wouldn't hesitate to use Charters again!

Nony

Sadly, I didn't find my property through Charters but I have to comment on the regular high quality property newsletters that Nony produced. Always a joy to read - always made me smile (she certainly has a very apt surname) But the point is, this is public relations/advertising at its best.. I know of no other estate agency that takes such trouble to display its wares. When does she ever sleep?

Excellent Service

We have been incredibly impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism from Charters. The team are always upbeat and friendly - and Nony is a shining star in a staff full of competent and keen members. Thank you so much for helping us into our dream home with the quick sale of our starter home and the whirlwind of tours to find the right fit for our specific needs.

Empathetic and enthusiastic

I didn't meet Nony until I collected the keys, but she was helpful and caring on the telephone prior to then, and very warm when I eventually met her.

Friendly, experiences, efficient - result driven.

We have worked with Nony for several years and we have never been let down. She is friendly, efficient with a great sense of humour and very hard working. With her vast experience and large contact book she is a credit to Charters. We liken her, in the best possible way, to our pet Rottweiler - never gives up and gives everyone a hard time until the job is done! Carry on the great work Nony!

Excelent Service from a 1st class estate agent

The service which we have received since listing our property with Charters has been 1st class, the support, communication etc we have received has been excellent.... The fact that we have had a point of contact in Nony was great some one to talk to who is happy to answer any questions we may have had. We would be very happy to recommend Charters along with their staff at Winchester as an estate agent for both purchasers and sellers.
