Nony was by far the most determined agent when it came to finding me a property. Fun to speak to but very professional Nony was fantastic and although I found my property with another agent it was only chance. Excellent - Friendly professional service

There are two key reasons as to why we have rated Charters 5 stars. The first is the staff. Everyone at Charters who have 'touched' our sale have been totally enthusiastic about the project - to my mind enthusiasm is the most hoped for element of any transaction and with all of the team: Elliott, Nony, Tom, Connor,Jo (Marketing); Leanne, Catherine, and others - they have all been enthusiastic, fully professional and made it easy to do business. The second reason is the communication. I know how hard internal communication is to achieve in any Company. Charters have got this cracked. As soon as any new development in the process occurs - they all seem to know about it., instantly. I imagine it's a centrally held database type system - no problem with that, but it does rely upon users updating immediately, which they are seemingly disciplined to do. In my working environment we never seemed to get this right - and we were forever lagging behind and reminding everyone to update!

The service and support we received during our sale was excellent. Leanne was always cheerful, calm and professional and her communication was exemplary. It was a pleasure to deal with her. The team at Charters work very well together and their experience , knowledge and passion make a significant difference to the whole process of buying or selling. Why would you use anyone else ?

Nony sends very interesting and fun emails and makes the property updates very entertaining. She also captures the local market by highlighting local news and events.

Two rentals so far

In early 2016 I needed my first ever rental property, and Lily was first on the scene. The first property she showed me is the one I ended up in. Eight months later I needed my next one, and Lily remembered me from before and managed to help me secure my next rental. Lily's always very friendly and efficient, responding to emails and calls quickly, (and often outside of what I would call "normal working hours", showing a dedication above and beyond the norm). Next time I come to rent, Lily will likely be the one I turn to for assistance.

We approached Charters earlier this year to help us find a property in Hampshire. I was introduced by a colleague who had both bought and sold with Nony's help and advice. Her passion for the business combined with a genuine interest in matching people to homes impressed me straight away. However it is the quality of the on-going information, tips and advice which Nony provides that has held my attention.
