Charters

Outstanding

Nony has given an exceptional service, with good manners and good grace. She has been very helpful, proactive and offers individual solutions for her clients. Thank you very much.

First class efficiency, professionalism and friendliness

We've just bought a Buy to Let property in Winchester through Nony at Charters. We had a limited budget and a big list of requirements. Within 5 - 10 minutes of first speaking with Nony on the phone, she had booked 5 property viewings for us, one after the other, for the forthcoming weekend. She also got the letting a team to contact us 5 minutes later to discuss our rental plans. Nony's extensive knowledge of and advice on the Winchester rental market was invaluable - and we ended up buying just the 7th house we viewed. We had absolute confidence in Nony finding what we wanted - and she took the stress out of the whole search and buying process with her efficiency and regular communications. Nony is super friendly and has a great sense of humour. If we had the money, we'd definitely buy another buy-to-let through her!!! Thank you Nony!

A first-class service

Like all members of the Charters team, Jo succeeds brilliantly in combining professionalism with the personal touch - her endless patience and attention to detail when drafting the house particulars were very much appreciated.

The experience was painless and easy

On meeting Oliver he was very understanding about selling the bungalow for a family friend. He guided us through everything and sorted out any problem which came up with a very professional manner. I would recommend Charters to any one selling or buying a property. Once again thank you Oliver. Kindest regards Paddy

Kevin Hogan

Kevin has assisted my husband and I with two re-mortgages over the past few years with the most recent one to do a full renovation job on our current property. Kevin is always professional, patient and an absolute genius with working out the best rate and payments for us. He is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him. Thank you Kevin for always making this process as easy and painless as possible.

A simple transaction

A simple sale and a short chain - no problem. Last words. The buyer tried to be clever, information from them was sparse and proved to be unreliable. Our purchase was equally simple and then the complications meant we were in danger of losing it. Then in stepped Leanne. What a girl. Cool, persistent, determined, a calming voice, a ready explanation, and inventive.and above all we were kept in touch even when things were not happening as they should.. She really went above and beyond her responsibilities and our expectations, liaising with all the agents and solicitors with ease. Thanks Leanne, if we are in this position again, we want you on our side...

Absolutely fantastic

Leanne has been absolutely amazing and she continually went above and beyond for us in pushing for our sale and purchase to go through. She was always very friendly, approachable and professional at all times.

Professional and efficient

Very helpful, thorough and professional.

Nony has always gone above and beyond to help me with my search for a house to buy. She took the time to get to know me, to know my likes and dislikes and was so encouraging along the way. In the end, I have moved out of Winchester for work and so my search for a house was cut short, but if I ever returned I would definitely go to Nony first with her excellent knowledge of the market and desire to help others find their perfect home.
