We've just bought a Buy to Let property in Winchester through Nony at Charters. We had a limited budget and a big list of requirements. Within 5 - 10 minutes of first speaking with Nony on the phone, she had booked 5 property viewings for us, one after the other, for the forthcoming weekend. She also got the letting a team to contact us 5 minutes later to discuss our rental plans. Nony's extensive knowledge of and advice on the Winchester rental market was invaluable - and we ended up buying just the 7th house we viewed. A simple sale and a short chain - no problem. Last words. The buyer tried to be clever, information from them was sparse and proved to be unreliable.
