Nony is a pretty special Estate Agent...but you don't need me to tell you that. Nony is a proper over-achiever....in a good way! Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough....but I don't think she would actually care because she is truly passionate about her work and it's a joy to behold.

Robert McLaughlin has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Winchester housing market and also of Winchester and its surrounding area more generally. He is a very competent and dedicated professional. Robert takes time to explore and evaluate the buyer's key issues which is invaluable in property transactions and making them happen. His approach is highly professional but friendly. Robert thinks "outside the box" so that no possible purchases are overlooked and has a refreshing "can do" approach. Highly recommended.

Charters very quickly got a feel for the kind of property we were after. It was a rare thing in Winchester. However, they found it. Leanne kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Having never purchased a house before Leanne seemed to make it all feel relatively easy. They know what they are doing.

Leanne has been fantastic over the last few months, since the point of securing a chain she has ensured communications have been continuous, she has been so calm, positive and supremely professional. Once you have a sale in place and a house you want to buy, then emotions move from the relaxed fun of house hunting to rather more tense affair, hoping for the whole thing to actually happen. Whenever there was a worrying radio silence Leanne worked with her colleagues, other agents and solicitors to preserve the chain. She provided guidance throughout and is clearly expert in successfully reaching completion. I wasn't aware there was such a role in Estate Agencies, however it has made a huge difference to the continuity of the sale and Leanne has added just that extra sparkle. Leanne is a real asset to Charters and it has been a pleasure to work with Leanne and of course the whole Charters team!

After signing up with all the estate agents in Winchester Jas from Charters was the only one that kept in touch trying to find me and my partner a place to live. She was very personable and really helped us find the place that suited our needs the most. She kept us in the loop and was really down to earth.
