After 10 years of renting other people properties as a single Dad, I finally managed to scrape a deposit together to buy our own home for my daughters and I.. I found the perfect home through Charters and from the moment Nony booked my viewing, she took the time to understood my situation. I put in an offer immediately leaving the property, which was accepted and Nony went out of her way to ensure that seller agreed to cancel all future viewings, putting me forward as an ideal buyer. She didn't need to do that and it will always be remembered.

Dedicated and professional

I bought the house I have now sold through Charters four years ago, It was owing to the excellent service I received from Nony at that time that I decided to sell through Charters this year. In order to have measurements taken for carpets and blinds, I needed 'out of hours' access to the house prior to my purchase and before exchange had even taken place. Nony met me on a dark, dank night in February and waited with me for an hour so that the measurements could be taken. I was so impressed - and grateful - and judge this to be apt evidence of Nony's willingness to maintain exemplary standards with a true personal touch.

Leanne is a true professional. Our house sale was full of ups and downs and was an extremely stressful process. Excellent throughout

My wife and I relocated to Winchester and during our 12 month property search got to know most of the Agents in the local area.
