Even though we have not ended up buying a property through Charters, we have been extremely impressed by Nony's regular and entertaining property updates. She clearly makes a lot of effort to reach her customer base and succeeds in making her property updates relevant, refreshing and topical. We have brought many properties in the past, and Charters is very lucky to have such an enthusiastic and dedicated 'front woman'! There is no doubt that Nony adds significant value to Charter's already well established reputation and she is equally dedicated and enthusiastic on the phone, as by email. Nony is a true asset to Charter's and we wish her and her unique style, continued success.

How the personal touch can be a winner

Nony was insightful, very focussed and clearly knew the business inside out. Her great strength was knowing and understanding exactly what we wanted and keeping us fully informed. I really do miss receiving my Friday night update on the property sales from her - that email alone was an incredibly helpful and reassuring - packed with information and sent with a lighter, personal tone that really helped in the very stressful world of buying and selling. That level of engagement was rarely seen by me in my year-long experience of the property market and was very powerful in establishing a level of trust between client and estate agent. Very trusting, easy to deal with and would be very happy to do business again.
