First flat rental

Lily really help my partner and I find the right flat for us for our first home together. She was went above and beyond by arranging viewing around our schedule. Lily was organised and had all the information we needed. Thank you so much for all your help.

Review on Leanne Conyers from Charters Estate Agents in Winchester

This has been a long difficult and traumatic process. Leanne Conyers was always professional courteous and incredilbly helpful on each occasion I had dealings with her. leanne went above and beyond the call of duty giving me her mobile, texting me back when there were queries regarding the sale that arose in office hours but when Leanne was actually out of the office that particular week!! My solicitor found her very helpful to work with. Leanne was full of useful advice and was an excellent anchor/point of reference for all the parties involved with the sale of both properties. Thanks Leanne for making a horrible process more bearable!

Excellent, responsive collaboration in producing sales brochure

Cathy demonstrated excellent communication skills, and was very responsive in a time critical stage of the sales process. She emailed and telephoned in a timely fashion to ensure that the sales brochure was completed as required. Cathy was a pleasure to work with to agree our sales brochure.

Excellent

I actually said to one of my work colleagues when talking about the moving process - "Charters just ooze professionalism". Jas was friendly and efficient and when I informed her that I wished to be living in a new place as soon as possible I felt re-assured that Charters and Jas would help me do this as I was able to view the place which ultimately I moved into, within 5 hours of making the enquiry. Additionally, the staff at head office were very helpful which added to the whole service offered. Thank you Jas and Charters.

Very efficient, helpful and fun

We have actually just bought a property through another agent but Nony Kerr-Smiley has kept me updated every few days since I first contacted her. Professional but friendly, personal service

Nony our estate agent even replied to our initial enquiry via email, whilst on holiday ! That's commitment for you. We found all at Charters to be very knowledgeable, professional and kind. All the team couldn't have been more helpful. When we had a few hiccups with our chain, they did all they could to make the sale and purchase happen - with calm professionalism, which was just what we needed! Thanks to Jon, Leanne and Nony and all the team .

Property hunting

Thank you to Nony at Chaters for continually sending through properties for us and arranging a number of appointments. Sadly we found a property in the end through another agent, however her numerous bulletins were packed with advice and so upbeat. Her positivity and humour provided a much needed lift and giggle during a stressful process. Thank you.

Extremely personabable, friendly and helpful

Jas recently helped us to find our first rented flat together which was an exciting time. We really appreciated how helpful and friendly she was throughout the viewings and the rest of the renting process. Jas made us feel comfortable with any quieries and questions we had with regards to the properties and was very patient with us when we struggled to choose which property we wanted.
