Excellent and pro active service

I have now sold and bought through Charters. They were very professional, supportive, pro active and energetic throughout the long and stressful processes. They have a good structure which enables you to talk at various levels from Elliott at the top, through Nony and the rest of the selling and buying team and on to Leanne who follows it all through at the end. Excellent service and I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely outstanding personal service

We cannot express how happy and grateful we are not just to Charters but to Leanne in the sale of our property and purchase of another. This was a very difficult transaction from the buying point of view due to unforeseen sad circumstances of the seller of our property. Leanne's expert knowledge and advice of our situation made everything run as smoothly as it could have. Leanne always put her professional personal touch to everything and it always felt like we were her only clients because of the time and hard work she put in to make this happen for us. Leanne is awesome!

Think of all the positive things that an agent can do for you - and that's what Leanne delivers! Leanne has a very professionalism yet personable approach. Always very warm on the phone but it was clear she didn't suffer any fools. She was always on hand to help us through our house purchase. She was several steps ahead of me - whenever I called or emailed with a question. If she called me, it was always to bring a solution rather than a list of problems. She went above and beyond our expectations and she really cared about the purchase and its successful and timely completion. Thank you so much Leanne!

Great service, cheerful and calm!

Leanne was brilliant. We actually sold our property through a certain purple coloured online agent (Leanne acted for the house we bought) and the full sale process was so much easier for having a 'proper' agent involved. After the sale of our property, we had to rely heavily on Leanne to keep the whole chain moving, particularly as we had a very tight (7 weeks) deadline to complete (and after we accepted the offer on our home, our agent left us to it - which we understood they would do but a little stupidly did not comprehend what this actually meant for the added stress in the process) . Leanne pushed everyone hard (but politely) to make the 7 weeks a reality and we happily did, in for Christmas. Personally, I found her cheerful approach very refreshing! Would we use Charters now if we sold, yes (but most likely only if Leanne was still there)!!

Professional & Friendly

Charters stuck with it throughout quite a lengthy sale and were always only too happy to help, offer advise and generally support the process when needed. Most importantly when buying/selling a property, they always got back to me when they said they would and it was normally very quickly. I can thoroughly recommended Charters.

Highly recommended

We have purchased two houses and sold one with Nony now and if I had to choose one word to describe her it would have to be tenacious. She is utterly committed to getting the job done, it is very refreshing to find someone so enthusiastic about their work. She works incredibly hard and has an amazing handle on the Winchester property market. I would choose Charters hands-down over any of the agents in town (and we have experienced a few with failed purchases etc). They are organised, personable and very accessible. Nony is a wonderfully positive character and really stepped into the brink when things were looking difficult at stages of the process with us. She made what could have been an extremely stressful process bearable. Now we've finally bought, I'll almost be sad not to receive Nony's weekly update! Thank you Nony and to all the Charters team.

Nony is Superb!

We've used Nony for years to find properties for our clients and she's very good - tenacious when hunting down a deal and never gives up trying to find the best resolution for both parties. I know if I had a house to sell, I'd use her as she calls her contacts constantly setting up viewings. Would recommend, 100%.

Professional yet personal service at its best

My husband and I have just completed our second house sale in less than five years through Charters and Nony has been closely involved in both transactions. Nony is exceptionally committed to providing a first class service and we had utmost confidence in her loyalty and capability to help us secure a desirable outcome on both occasions. House moves are rarely with hiccups but Nony helped us overcome ours as smoothly and quickly as possible.
