Nony is a no non-sense, get it done, high performing Agent and treats each sale as her own!

Nony and her team are fantastic. We have never met Estate Agents of such high calibre in our entire moving career and we have moved a lot! Imagine an authentic energetic Estate Agent who treats your sale or purchase as it if were their own! Such care and attention, passion and professionalism. We have bought and sold with Nony and each time she has been an absolute star, Our most recent sale was probably the most challenging. Sell our property for the best price and complete within a month as we are leaving the country to go to Australia. Nony likes a challenge and you guessed it she delivered! We wish we could take her Down Under to help us!

Knowledgeable helpful likeable cheerful... and unstoppable!

Nony is one in a million.... She knows her subject, she works hard for all her stakeholders, she has a great sense of humour and even with her work clearly being challenging by its very nature she finds ways to make it fun ... and fun for everyone around her too.

Buy to let Mortgage advice.

I met Kevin during a visit to Charters to buy a 2nd property, they arranged for my Wife & me to have an informal chat. We knew from the moment we met, Kevin would be arranging our mortgage, he was very professional, honest & straight forward to deal with. Very helpful in a very unhelpful chain!

Leanne was brilliant the whole way my first house purchase. We had a very difficult and slow chain that she continuously pestered on mine and the seller's request. I was kept updated all the time and felt that she really had my best interests at heart the entire time. I am a conveyancer so know the process well but Leanne chased not only my seller's solicitors but also the top of the chain's solicitors who were not helpful in the slightest and made the process up to exchange very difficult.. In my job I deal with estate agents a lot and do not always have the highest opinion of them but Leanne and Charters as a whole really impressed me and I would happily recommend and work with them in the future!

Efficient, friendly, helpful Lily

Dealing with Lily is always a pleasure. She is always friendly and polite, always on time and professional. I prefer to deal with her with home visits as she remembers to be careful to not let our indoor cats out, and is always willing to remove shoes without reminders. She is efficient, and always quick to get back to emails. She is great at keeping in touch regarding appointments, and lets us know as soon as possible of any changes. She is always mindful of the fact that this is our home.

very helpful, kept us upto date with the progress at every stage

Leanne is a very understanding young lady and has a calming influence during a stressful period of selling a property, she keeps her head whilst everyone else looses theirs, she was very professional in every aspect of the sale, I would strongly recommend Charters if this lady was at the helm.
