First Class Chapess

I have known Nony for far too long. She knows her stuff, her houses and her clients. She works harder than a pit pony in a Welsh coal mine and does not smell like one! She is keen as mustard, efficient, enthusiastic, and jolly and returns calls. Imagine if we had council staff, particularly in the planning department, like that! I have had many property related matters involving Nony and it really is a pleasure. No one is perfect but she gets very close :-) I suggest you put her to the test. Very responsive when we were desperate!

A house purchase fell through when we were very close to exchanging on a Friday evening. We were on a very tight timescale due to early redemption mortgage fee. I called a number of agents on the Saturday morning and charters were the only agent able to organise a viewing for us at such short notice. We subsequently offered on a house and have now moved in, and have avoided the redemption fee!
