Nony and the team have given me first class service during my property search. They listened to Mendez and offered me viewings of propertieswhocb net my needs or came reasonably close. They were able to offer suggestions of minor alterations in order for a property to be completely suitable. Regular updates, regular contact to ensure that my position remained the same; all aspects of their service was carried out with efficiency, professionalism and the often forgotten personal touch. My purchase was perhaps unusually straightforward but, having done a quick and efficient job arranging viewings and getting a sale agreed she had the good sense to leave the lawyers to it. I like her direct approach and relaxed sense of humour.

A natural and helpful agent

My husband and I thought we might like to buy in Winchester and I briefly met Nony when I 'popped' into the Winchester agency to collect a set of details for a property that tempted us in the window.. Nony took our details and requirements and true to her word, she kept us in touch with what was on the market, new to the market, etc., BUT more than that, she added what is very rare- 'the personal touch'( if you can remember what that is these days!) Her emails and information were 'real', honest, helpful. and although we decided not to buy in Winchester, it was no reflection on Nony. She is a joy.

Always going the extra mile

Nony has worked incredibly hard as part of the Charters team to sell our house. She was always very attentive and kept us informed with what was has been happening in the selling process which helped alleviate some of the stress. We were particularly impressed with her role in trying to help us find a property to buy. We were always made to feel important to her and she would often go the extra mile in allowing us to view properties at all sorts of times in the evening, often at short notice! We really appreciated the time and attention she gave us and was always very jolly and enthusiastic.

Charters was a wonderful agent to work with. From the very beginning they encouraged a relaxed but professional relationship which made them easy to deal with. They worked all sorts of hours meaning that access was brilliant! Due to problems with the buyers, it fell through twice, however the remarking and subsequent agreements were always very quick and to our satisfaction. The sale process itself was made significantly smoother by their involvement... I'm not even convinced we would have completed at all without the considerable efforts of Charters... They ended up doing the work of at least three links in the chain!

Leanne's support was exceptional throughout the purchase, we were under strict time pressure for completion and do not doubt that without Leanne's help every step of the way we wouldn't have managed to complete in time. We were regularly updated and even on her time off from work she happily contacted us with updates. We cannot recommend Leanne or Charters enough and would certainly use them again.
