Tom Meek has been consistently professional, positive and pro-active.

Tom has been more pro-active than any other estate agent we have come across in our extensive search for a property in Winchester. He is polite and enthusiastic but also honest in his dealings with us and he regularly keeps us in touch with developments. He has also worked hard to understand our complex family needs with regard to the type/location of property that we are looking for. We wish him all the best in his career and think he will do well.

Nony is warm and friendly with a great sense of humour.

Nony is extremely hard working and I have enjoyed her amusing emails on a Friday night! She has a great sense of humour with a warm personality. Along with the rest of the Charters team she has been positive and friendly during my house sale.i would recommend Charters for their direct and helpful manner.

Hard working, beyond the call of duty Estate Agent.

Nony dots the I's and crosses the T's. She is reliable and dedicated to her role. A bit of a force of nature (in a good way) and someone I would recommend to have in your camp, whether you're buying or selling. I had various hurdles to jump within my chain but we landed safely on the other side thanks to Nony and also Leanne. Graham White.

Excellent Estate Agent

Lilly was brilliant to deal with from the get go, providing lots of options for us and helping to find the perfect house to rent. With a hassle free process and brilliant communication i would highly reccomend Lilly to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Excellent Service

Charters provided excellent service and support with the sale of our property and purchase of our new. I would throughly recommend anyone selling their property to use Charters as their agents., the team is very professional, working together from the initial contact, valuation to completion. Nony was our first point of contact with the company. We choose Charters because of her knowledge, friendly manner, drive and enthusiasm., which outshone other agents ,something we felt important when marketing our house. Nony is a true asset to the Charters team.

Above and beyond

Want to thank Leanne for being so attentive and persistent in helping my purchase go through relatively quickly despite the usual issues. Given that I wasn't the paying customer Leanne treated me as if I was and knowing this was a long awaited opportunity to get on the housing ladder, she was very reassuring. Her knowledge of the mortgage process from her past working career helped hugely in identifying when our solicitors were giving false excuses for delays, which they were! Thank you Leanne, you were amazing.
