Thank you Nony!

Nony has been brilliant and went out of her way to help me find the property I wanted. Buying and selling is rarely an easy process but I am grateful that I can now plan to exchange and complete in the not too distant future.. Without Nony and the team at Charters my purchase would never have happened. Thank you so much for all your help and support.. It made such a difference.

What a STAR!

From the moment our offer was accepted Leanne has been by our side to ensure that things progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible. I know that Leanne is extremely busy and manages a high volume of cases simultaneously but based on the service we received you would never have known. Always happy to take the time to explain any issues that arose or listen to my (at times crazy) concerns and problems I really felt like we were her only customer at every point. I really cannot recommend Leanne highly enough and I just know that she treats every single customer / sale with the same care and attention as she would her own.

You could not wish for a more polite helpful person to help you find a property. Conor is full of solid practical advice and often comes up with angles that one might not of thought of. He is always following things up and make sure all runs smoothly. Conor is diligent and professional and I could not rate him highly enough. First class customer service from Charters

All the staff at Charters have been unfailingly cheerful, responsive and proactive. They all seem genuinely to enjoy their work and are prepared to go the extra mile. Jo in particular has been a pleasure to deal with and very tenacious in sorting out an issue with our listing on Rightmove. I thoroughly recommend Charters. to prospective sellers and buyers alike.

Knowledgeable and committed

We are still at the early stages of our search but Nony has been a breath of fresh air with her constantly cheery and knowledgeable input. Alongside the Charters team she offers excellent expert advice on the Winchester property market and keeps in touch constantly with any suitable properties as soon as they come on the market. She's easy to contact and always returns calls immediately even when the office is closed! Highly recommended.

Empathetic, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and very professional.

I lost my husband in March and the thought of selling my house was so daunting. I had danced around with the idea a few weeks before. When I finally made the decision to go ahead and sell all the staff I had contact with were wonderful. I needed one person to guide me through and Nony was that person. She brought the, to be, buyer to my home herself even though she was going to lunch afterwards and just dealt with the whole thing "holding my hand" through the offer stage and making me feel not on my own! She has made me feel a very special person throughout the whole process and I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Nony.

Simply Amazing at everything.... what an asset Nony is to Charters

I have to say that I have never ever come across anyone as determined, professional and tenacious as Nony. We had an extremely difficult sale on our hands and at one point was almost non-proceedable. Nony managed to rescue the situation and never gave up. Negotiations had got a lot tougher post Brexit but Nony managed to successfully argue our case and got us more or less the Guide Price. Her negotiating skills are the best I have ever come across and I have been a business man in the city for the past 20 years! She has been a real pleasure to deal with and I have fully enjoyed her sense of humour. I would very highly recommend Nony - she is a very rare diamond.

Incredibly supportive and professional advice

We were lucky to have Leanne coordinating both our sale and purchase proceedings over the last few months which meant we always had access to a very supportive and professional single point of contact.. During that time, we found Leanne extremely proactive, courteous and upbeat, plus extremely persistent and tenacious when required! Despite the occasional difficulty, it was apparent that Leanne had our interests at heart so felt assured that we'd get to the finish line which we duly did on Friday. very helpful & friendly

Lily was super helpful when I was searching for a house to rent. Coming from Australia, I didn't really know how it all worked here, and she kindly explained it all to me. She suggested a few properties that might work for us, listening to our needs and tastes, and was not pushy in any way. She made it all really stress free! would definitely recommend.
