Simon was a true professional from the first meeting. Thorough and interested and taking time to understand our personal situation, talking us through the fine details of the process as this was our first mortgage. He managed to find us an excellent deal, even with complicated breakdown of existing funds and incomes. Once the mortgage was agreed in principle his assistant Marie gave us daily up dates with the progress and chased the broker to get things completed as quickly as possible.
