Great service and incredibly helpful

Kevin was friendly and very helpful. He explained all the products on the market, taking the time to talk through each in detail and to run various scenarios so we could work out what was the right mortgage and insurance package for us. He was always on hand to phone or email if we had any additional questions. Would use again and definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding Agent

We have had contact with various agents during our property search but Connor has been the best by a mile. He understands the business so well, he adapts no matter the criteria, situation or time frame and boy does he work hard for his clients. He will go to any length measurable to ensure he gets the result you’re hoping for. From a buyers perspective I would be overjoyed if I was ever to sell my home and had Connor representing for us - if you’re lucky enough to land him at Charters as your agent you should be overjoyed! His professionalism and commitment is awe inspiring. He has been an absolute dream to have on our team during the somewhat arduous search for our dream property. Simon has been totally professional in our search for a mortgage. Our bank was being next to useless so we approach Simon at very short notice who immediately set to work in finding us a lender which suited us. Due to the shortness of time available Simon was extremely flexible always available and never pushy but listening to what we needed. We will go straight back to Simon when we need to look at a new mortgage offer and would totally recommend Simon to anyone looking to move. This has been an quick and painless process given how stressful moving can be.
