My initial confidence in instructing Charters has not been misplaced as they have achieved all I set to do with the sale of my house in Winchester. I come across a lot of property transactions as a Chartered Surveyor, who carry out mortgage valuations for a number of lenders; so when it came to selling my own house, I knew who would best serve me. Jo Goddard has been an excellent progress chaser in what has been a difficult and protracted transaction mainly due to the picky-ness of the Solicitors involved in this chain of transactions. The real value of using Charters is the personal service, as provided by both Jo and Noni; is the follow-up and progress chasing once a buyer has made an offer to purchase. Great service from Nony - one charming, funny, helpful lady!

I've been looking for a property in the Winchester area for months. Nony has been outstandingly helpful. She devotes a lot of her spare time sending happy, helpful emails about properties coming onto the market. We've never met but she'll often engage in an exchange of emails - not necessarily about anything in particular. It's nice to deal with someone who sees you as a person rather than just a client. How hard can it be to find your dream house?

They say that buying and selling property ranks highly in the most stressful things you'll ever do and after spending the last 9 months looking for our dream home I can vouch they are probably right! I have dealt with every Estate Agent in Winchester, Chandler's Ford and Eastleigh and without doubt the customer service received by Charter's Winchester in particular Nony has been nothing short of exceptional. Nony is professional, proactive, going out of her way to help in our search with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Her weekly (sometimes daily) updates are a fabulous way to keep me and others informed about new and existing houses in the area and often come with a personal and funny twist! We all need some light hearted fun whilst on our mission to find the perfect dream home. Although we aren't quite at the end of our house purchase journey, I am really pleased that Nony has been our contact at Charters, we couldn't have had a better experience.

As first time buyers with complex Visa and income issues, we had a lot of questions and the mortgage process was quite a nerve racking concept.. We originally contacted Trussle and began the process with them, which turned out to be incredibly stressful and only made us feel more nervous about the whole thing. We contacted Kevin after a week of back and forth with Trussle and he was able to answer all of our questions in an hour over the phone on a Saturday and have our application submitted by Monday. He managed to find a better deal than the one we had been discussing with Trussle too. He was very reassuring as it's clear when you speak to him that he is incredibly experienced and he made the things I was worried about feel like simple things to solve.
