Tom has been up there as one of the best and most tenacious Estate Agents we have had the pleasure to work with. As a family we are very picky about choosing the right house, but Tom has always introduced the right properties and quickly adapted to our situational changes. When we first met Tom one evening at a property viewing he said Charters would sell our house, they did, also that they would find the right house for us and they did that as well. Review of Tom Meek

We are looking to move from central Scotland to the Romsey area. Because of our remoteness we need to rely heavily on the expertise of a number of agents. Tom as been by far the most professional, proactive and enthusiastic agent we have dealt with. He has regularly sent us properties to review and was timely in contacting us when he knew we were in the Romsey area. We have still to find our new home but hopefully with Tom's help we will get there soon.

In my experience, dealing with some sales people can be quite stressful and I was a bit apprehensive when stepping inside the agency. Victoria's tact is such that i felt no pressure and later she proved to be quite flexible in understanding my needs as a potential buyer, working around them and doing a splendid job managing my expectations whilst looking after the seller interests impartially.
