Adel was lovely from the word go. Our first telephone calll we got on like a house on fire! She was consistently cheerful and upbeat and listened well whilst I explained our situation and she came up with the perfect home for us. She was even prepared to go the extra mile for us in arranging for my daughters to view the house again the same day on her way home from work. An asset to the Charters Winchester team, Adel is hardworking and helpful.
