Nicol and Co are the agents I use to manage a property I rent out. Their main strength is their staff who have always been friendly, polite and very efficient. Although we may not communicate often, whenever my tenants have a query or problem, I am kept fully informed and the staff at Nicol and Co are quick to resolve the issue.
