Dominique delivers !

In a tough market, Dominique proactively marketed our property and we felt that she took our house on as her personal and team challenge. She has a no-nonsense approach, works with you and gives you regular updates. She gave us good advice about how to make the most of the property without spending a fortune, and demonstrated that she knows the market inside out. Her advice is worth listening to, and we have no hesitation in recommending her. She does a great job.

Highly rated estate agent - friendly and professional!

We sold our property through Nicol & Co and were very satisfied with the service. We sold in 6 weeks and completed in 12 - the communication and feedback throughout the process was really good. We also did most of our searching for a new property with Nicol & Co and definitely found them much better to deal with than the majority of their competitors - they only suggested relevant properties and didn't try to hard sell or 'spam' us with any and every property on their books like some agents do. We dealt mainly with Tom who was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great service, friendly knowledgable staff made move less stressful

The business is located within the areas bought and sold. The knowledge of the local market is second to none. They conducted the viewings and arranged open days. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Good advice, good service, good result.

Very pleased with the professional attitude of all the staff we encountered, right from the first meeting to discuss our proposed sale. Everything happened very quickly, as planned, and we were on sale on line in no time at all and getting viewings for our property. Very happy with their advice as to the price we could expect and they were proved right. Once an offer was received, the buyer was validated and then the sale was progressed through to exchange of contracts. A good service from start to finish.

Amazing service

Nigel and the team were fantastic and kept us updated every step of the way and assisted where they could to ensure everything went smoothly. It can't be easy dealing with stressed out sellers and purchasers but Nigel never failed to respond and was always there to make us feel at ease. We would definitely use they if we come to sell our property and recommend to all our friends. A job well done guys!!!

Superb service

Our house was listed for the right price. The photos were excellent and we found a buyer within a week and achieved 99% of the asking price. Between this point and completion, all of the staff at Nicol and Co were easy to get hold of, friendly and answered any queries. I would definitely recommend Nicol and Co

Excellent, friendly service

Nicol and co sold my house in an afternoon! Their service has been excellent and they have been able to assist me with other issues such as financial advice, surveyors and solicitors. I have had multiple problems with my move and they have been supportive, positive and helpful throughout. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service, highly recommend

Nathan, Jo, Tom and Nigel have all been fantastic. From the start of the process I felt confident that they would do a great job and they have always been approachable to ask questions as needed, and to ask for advice (Nathan has been nothing short of excellent). Having a dedicated contact once the sale had been agreed has been invaluable, and has made for a smooth process so far. I've been very impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
