Excellent service from Nicol and Co
I have recently completed a challenging property sale and I can't recommend Nicol and Co enough for their fantastic service throughout. Nigel White in particular was professional, efficient and very patient. He kept me smiling and reassured throughout the selling process and completely went above and beyond to ensure completion happened on time, even though it was a very tight deadline. Thank you to all of the team, especially Nigel, helping me to move on with the next exciting step in my life!

Nicol & Co offered good advice and did all they could do progress the transaction
In my recent purchase of a residential property throughout the process, from the initial and subsequent viewings and then during the stages of negotiation through to completion, I found Nigel, Tom and Nathan very helpful. They did all they could to advise me and ensure that there were no barriers to a speedy transaction.

Excellent service from Nathan searching for HMO portfolio
Like many people, I was looking to invest in the HMO / student let market before the recent stamp duty changes. I spoke to and used a couple of agents in Worcester but by far the most responsive was Nicol & Co. Nathan spent to really understand what I was looking for and was able to show me a number of properties that exactly matched my needs. I would certainly be using them again.

Excellent communication and fast service
Nathan Jackman-Smith and the Nicol & Co team provided a very professional service while selling our property in Worcester City centre. They provided guidance where needed, took professional photographs making the property stand out online and successfully found a buyer within 2.5 weeks of the property being on the market for the full asking price. I highly recommend Nicol and Co.

House purchase
Having recently purchased a property through Nicol and Co I have been pleased with many aspects of their service. For example, I received excellent assistance from Leanne in chasing all parties involved to help secure a prompt completion. My reservations are more to do with the transparency of the sale, for example I received no written details of my offers or the acceptance of a revised offer. Overall I was left with a sense some parts of the business tried hard but unforuntately on this occasion something just spoilt the result each time. Nothing summed this up better than when I collected the key. I was given a lovely gift box, but upon opening it found it addressed to another family – a nice gesture but just not getting it quite right! That said, I have only purchased one other property and service was better from Nicol and Co, hence the four stars. I'm not sure what that says, perhaps it may just be an industry standard..
