House Sale

Very professional level of service from all involved. House sold within a week and sale went through smoothly and quickly. Estate Agents get a bad press in general but this whole experience has changed my outlook. Special thanks to Jo Black and Nigel White for their help, advice, dedication and for making this whole process easy and stress free.

The Buyers' Agent's view

My job is to buy houses - eg represent those people looking to buy and move - like Phil and Kirsty off the telly, but without the cameras. Jo is a great agent to work with - enthusiastic and inventive in meeting my clients' needs. She is personable and friendly and really easy to deal with. Fantastic service all round

Jo and her team have been fantastic throughout. They are helpful, friendly and professional. Jo did her research throughly before taking our house on and was able to offer knowledgeable advice and suggestions. At every point in the process the communication was fantastic and the team worked really hard and really well in advertising and selling the house. I highly recommend Jo at Nicol and Co. I could not have been happier with the services.

Brilliant

We have bought/sold and more recently rented out property through Nicol and Co. They are without exception brilliant at what they do. Having had such a great buying/selling experience we knew we would be in expert hands when it came to renting out our apartment. Tom is exceptionally customer focussed keeping us up to date with any changes/tenancy issues. He takes away the "stress" of renting out our property as we know everything will be dealt with promptly and efficiently - a real pleasure to work with

Excellent customer service!

Nicol and Co. are a great local estate/letting agent who we have been dealing with for the past 2 years for our expanding property portfolio. Tom/Jo and the rest of the team are always very helpful and always there to answer any queries and to arrange additional services for properties as and when required. We won't use anyone else for the lettings of our properties!! Keep up the good work team.

Fantastic service from start to finish!

The service received from Nicol and Co has been exceptional. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. From viewings to completion they helped take the stress out of the process as they informed us in detail during every stage. A specific mention to Nigel who we spoke to daily towards the end! He was fantastic, a true professional and we would like to thank him and also Karen for their excellent customer service and support. We would strongly recommend anyone who is selling a property to use Nicol and Co as we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Star quality

We went to view a house that Dominique was selling and were blown away by her professionalism, her knowledge and her enthusiasm for the role . We subsequently got Dominique to value and sell our house ( we sold on first viewing) , She always returned our calls promptly and came back to take more photographs of the garden and house when the sun was shining as it was very grey and overcast when we initially arranged this. She always goes the extra mile .

Worcester sale

In 2015 Dom sold my property. During a tough market times, she was identifying suitable buyers. In the meantime kept me regularly updated. When the sale was going through she eased the anxiety by keeping me up dated. All in all a smooth top process.

Excellent service Dominique

I have used Dominique to rent a property and sell my own home. Both times she has delivered excellent service and her attention to detail separates her from the rest. We had three valuations and Dominique was the most positive and encouraging. She truly believed she could achieve a figure, which was over Â£10,000 more than the other valuations and true to her word we did! Nothing was too much and she made the whole thing stress free. She really does break the mould. Thanks Dominique, I will be sure to recommend you.
