Dealing with Estate Agents

Was looking to buy a BTL property, Nicol had a house for sale which I was interested in. From the first phone to arrange a viewing they provided a warm & friendly service. They accommodated my requested at short notice. The person attending was on time, knowledgeable & courteous. An offer was made. All dealings with Nicol were good, not just a 1 off. Communication to/from them to solicitors & to myself were excellent. They are a well oiled organisation. Main contact (Nathan) was always keen to help and ensured the process kept moving forward. until satisfactory conclusion. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.

After being on the market with a different agent for numerous months we decided to take the plunge and change Estate agents, this was the best thing we did, Dominique was positive and confident in her ability and she has done an amazing job finding us buyers almost straight away. Rhiannon was brilliant throughout the whole process, out of all the agents I enquired about properties with Rhiannon was the only one to come back to me and actually provide me details on properties I was interested in. If you want to deal with an agent that shows a genuine interest in finding you your next home then deal with Nicol and Co! Even when she was unavailable her colleagues were always willing to go out of their way to help.

Rhiannon, and all of the staff we had dealings with at NIcol & Co for that matter, was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly throughout the process of acquiring our first rented apartment together.
