Within days she obtained a very positive offer to the first people she showed a house we'd had for sale for over 12 months and that's since gone through successfully. Buying with Nicol and Co

Nicol and Co are fantastic in everyway and provide an extremely friendly, professional service. I was kept up to date with up and coming properties that fitted what I was after and viewings were always prompt, and extremely informative, sadly other estate agents did not come anywhere near the high standards that I recieved from Nicol and Co its a shame they cant look after every house on the market! Staff at Nicol and Co were fantastic both on the phone and in person and inparticular I cant recommend Jo Black highly enough, nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you from myself and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family in the future.
