Customer service of supreme levels
We found this agent through research. Everything we read or heard said they were good, but experiencing it was even better. They are super friendly and very young and vibrant, Don't let this fool you. They are tirelessly professional, pursue problems to the bitter end on your behalf and make everything as easy and pleasant as they can. They have both sold a property for us and let a property for us. We tried other letting agents in the area and this is the only one that ticks every box. My house sale was lots of trouble, but I never felt like the unwelcome or difficult customer during communications. They earn every penny of any commission they make, which btw is also a very reasonable charge. There are too many good and nice staff there to name.

Renting and selling
We rented our flat out under the guaranteed rent scheme with Northwood for 3 years. In all that time we were very happy with the service we received. All the staff were brilliant and sorted any problems that arose straight away. We had no worries using this scheme and would highly recommend it. We have just sold the flat through Northwood and again couldn't fault the service we have received and now looking forward to our retirement. Thanks Mike Justin Caleb Mandy and the lovely Katie

Excellent service, proactive and friendly team who are slways switched on.
The team at Northwood in Worthing were always happy to help and answer my queries and act quickly, very reliable and not too pushy with the sale either, a nice credit to the estate agency world.

"We rented a house through..."
We rented a house through Northwood. They're a fantastic friendly team. We had no problems whatsoever whilst renting through them and when our landlord decided to sell, they bent over backwards to help us find alternative accommodation. I would recommend them to anybody.
