Agency uses heavily edited photos as evidence - Photos had filter on them. I got charged £500 cleaning fee after I cleaned the flat and had carpet professionally cleaned. I think it’s just sad how this agency is operating and anyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I could put photos that been used as “evidence” of a messy flat. Just disgusting practice. For any future tenants: take as many pictures when you move in and when you move out because they will try to take as much money from you.
Avoid at all costs! I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with this joke of a company for the last 2 years as a tenant, nobody in the office passes messages on to colleagues so absolutely everything is lost or just completely wrong. They like to give the impression that they’re competent when you’re signing up for a tenancy but the aftercare is an absolute disgrace and can only be described as utter incompetence. I’ve just spoken to Gemma Armstrong who is the director, and all I’ve received is sarcasm and no help whatsoever in terms of trying to get my deposit back. I wouldn’t recommend this lot to anybody.
Rating a 1 star as this is the lowest I can rate, but would rate 0 if I could. 'Moved in today' - but moved straight out. The place was infested with cockroaches, mould, holes in the wall, unsafe electrical outlets and overall no 'deep clean' which was said they had done. It was unlivable and not in the same condition when I had viewed it. They were so unhelpful and actually when speaking to one of the staff members on the phone about this issue, she hung up on me because she was so annoyed. They tried to cover their backs and said someone had been in this morning at 9am to do the checks when infact they then changed their story to Friday which was the last check, and as I was reading through reviews, they've obviously lied and done this before. Absolutely outrageous customer service. I've never been spoken to so rudely in my whole life, especially by estate agents when they're there to 'help' you, especially when the issue isn't your fault. I also had no apology at all throughout today, and when I went back into deliver the keys, they were happy considering what had just happened. Considering it was supposed to be an exciting day, they turned it into an extremely unpleasant one. DO NOT GO THROUGH NORTHWOOD.

Worse than terrible. Lazy and incompetent would be aspirational for them. Easily the worse Letting Agents/Management Company I've ever come across in my 5 years in Property Management. They make everything harder than it needs to be and we have caught them in several lies. Judging by the other reviews, lots of landlords and tenants clearly feel the same.
