I feel compelled to write a review and leave only 1 star as unfortunately this lettings agency doesn’t return your calls and doesn’t have the common decency to contact you if your application hasn’t been successful. You have to find out for yourself on Rightmove. As someone who has worked in the industry, this is bad form. Also I felt rushed around the viewing. Do better.

An agency that cheats. Arranges to watch and then cheats. Saying that it has already been hired they use tactics.tko 1 the better.

Really poor no communication when I requested a property after viewing to find out via rightmove it had been let! I had to call them myself for them to tell me it had gone!

Terrible customer service, had rats and mice in the house which took them weeks to sort. No credit checks on residents and even had the landlord and his family move in with us for a few weeks while they were renovating the house without any warning. The landlord even verbally attacked me when confronted to which Martin and co did nothing about, instead the evicted me. Terrible experience all round

Unbelievable how my Parents could be charged £160. cleaning bill at the end of tenancy. They left the house so Immaculate .It was supposed of been cleared before they moved in by a professional cleaning company but it was not cleaned to a high standard by any means and my husband spent nearly 4 hours cleaning the oven. Oh and nothing was replaced, just cleaned to high standard by my family. Shame on you 😤
