On the 14th of January the property you were inquiring about was rented and marked immediately as LET OUT accordingly on our web page. Your inquiry about the same property came on the 20th February even though you could clearly see on the webpage that the property was not available any more. We do take pride in catering our tenants needs the best way we can and therefore, we would like to clarify your situation and why we were not able to agree on the rental contract with you. Firstly I would like to mention that Oyster Properties is taking full responsibility toward the Landlord when renting out a property and therefore, a proper credit check is mandatory in order to establish if the tenant is eligible for a particular property. If the client is not willing to provide all necessary papers we don’t have another option than to decline the applications. I hope this explains why we were not able to move on with your application. Dear Mr. Andrade, I am very confused to hear about your unfortunate experience mainly because we haven’t had any partnership / collaboration (selling / renting a property through Oyster Properties) with you previously. We are acting under the instructions of your landlord who asked us to liaise with you regarding viewings for prospective buyers. Our records show we had clearly agreed a time at which we could come and conduct viewings at the property. Over the last few viewings you have intentionally tried to derail our progress and disrupt our viewings with prospective buyers. Additionally our records are showing that you have registered and are operating a business at the property without the landlords authority. From our recent visit we have noticed that you may also be sub-letting the property without the landlord's authority. Lastly it has also come to my attention that you have written down a malicious review using your company QY Foods Ltd. We have not dealt with your company in the past or present.
