My son viewed a property in N11 area and following the viewing an offer was made which was accepted by the seller. The sale of the property was eventually completed after several months due to the situation with Covid 19. We received a professional, courteous and reliable service from the staff at the branch in Arnos Grove, N11. I would recommend Oyster Properties N11 for buying of a property.

We had a good experience with oyster properties in letting our property. Staff were polite and dealt quickly with issues. The only criticism I would have is that a little more attention could have been given to administrative details. Otherwise a good overall service.

Had a very bitter experience with Oyster Properties after spending close to 3 years with them. They charge heavily when you vacate permanently and get back to home country. Some the charges what they put for me are no way reasonable. You can stay one more month for that money. So be very clear in logging each and every minor complaints else be ready to burn your purse at the end.NegativeProfessionalism

I'm getting increasingly frustrated by the maintenance team. They are slow to act on an issue. My partner mentioned a number of issues, when we had our last inspection and nothing has been done ever since. I recently reported a burning smell from the washing machine and they showed a lack of urgency they kept on telling me oh don't worry about it

Having had a look at the issue logged into our maintenance website, we have noted that as soon as the issue was reported, one of our maintenance team member spoke to the landlord and within an hour responded to yourselves on the steps that had been taken. Unfortunately, our contracts with landlords mention that we need to speak to the landlord and get there authorization before we can send anyone out to deal with issues and incur any expenses on the property. However on the email that was sent to yourself, as a safety precautions, we had kindly requested you to switch off the appliance immediately from the mains to prevent any risks to yourselves and the property while the landlord looked at the matter as they wanted to deal with it using their own people. We are sincerely sorry that it did take us a while to respond to and we will take this as a positive feedback to improve our service for tenants. We are looking for your kind understanding. Today, I had the opportunity to visit one of their properties. During the viewing, my assistant mentioned that the rent seemed slightly high, so I inquired whether the rent was fixed or if there was any flexibility. The agent, Kumar Gurung, responded by saying that I could make a counteroffer. However, I was later disheartened to see that in his review, he had written that I was "poor." This comment was deeply upsetting.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with them. The communication was beyond shocking, where three different staff called and said completely different things on the phone ( all for one viewing). Save yourself a headache and avoid this estate agents at all costs!
