Valued my mother's property at 335.000 had 2 other valuations at 400.000.guess who i wouldn't recommend

Having valued the property for a third party, and as per our remit, we will have used recently sold, local comparable evidence to formulate our valuation. Hi. I try to rent a flat in Aylesbury and I call a lot of times Ella Newton ( assistant Letting Manager) but always she was in meeting or another call. The colleagues ask you for your name and phone number but no one calls you back.Shame. This can not be called professionalism.

We spent a considerable amount of time dealing with your enquiry in a professional and courteous manner. We explained the requirements and processes involved in renting a property then arranged an accompanied viewing for you. We understand you are disappointed not getting your chosen property. However we have responded to you and are always willing to explain the requirements again if there is any part of this process that needs further clarification.

Overall, not impressed with the service provided while purchasing a flat. Michael Anthony seem to put the seller first and forget that the buyer is just as important. Could easily be accused of false advertising as the flat I bought didn’t even come with the key fobs to the front door!!! At £50 each, it’s not something you want to realise on your completion day! They refused to do anything about it and basically said it’s not their problem. Would not recommend to anyone for purchasing!

We requested the sellers provide all available keys and fobs which they did and furthermore we tried to obtain additional keys for you from our vendors but they were not available. Really bad service from Ella , missed out on a rented property due to her not having application forms on her and then emailing them to me later next day and giving property to someone else same day, despite us being first to view and say yes we're interested, inaccurate information as they said all applications would be looked at and they had viewings booked all week lies they are useless would have them again emotionless and unprofessional.

Hi There, Well , We would like to make a complaint about lady called Ella from Michael Anthony, Aylesbury branch. We had an appointment this morning 19/02/2016 at 10:15am and we made a call to her as we will be 15 minutes late as we were stuck in London traffic. We called her when we were in the car & we explained to her we will be there by 10:30 & exactly we were there by 10:30 am & when we called her, We were standing outside the property with our 4 year old son & my wife was pregnant she was not ready to co-operate & she said you will have to come on time as we were 15 mins late due to traffic as we can't jump traffic & that before we had doctors appointment at 9:20am & we were called at 9:30 am & we were running late due to appointment & Ella should have told her that if u were running late then you should rearranged appointment for another day but we didn't get any type of cooperation or good advice or satisfying response from her & we travelled 1hour 15 minutes & we asked her we can wait for another one hour but it seemed as if she had made her mind up already & didn't try to re-arrange after 1 hour or send that lady(Lucy) after finish her worked & Ella's behaviour was rude & didn't seem co-operative at all. This was our first time visit with Michael Anthony & our experience was really bad because of this rude lady Ella. No one is that busy that they can't adjust or co-operate or rearrange after couple of hours. We have been & visited many other properties in the past but have never been treated this we didn't notice any good customer service at all from her . Even she didn't bother to give us exact flat address in her confirmation call or mail & I asked for flat address where to come. I am absolutely disappointed with Michael anthony's customer service by Ella. We don't think we will recommend Michael Anthony to any of our family or friends who would ask for good estate property agent. I wouldn't recommend after we got really bad experience by Ella. She even didn't bother to say if you would come late then better come some other day & don't come today . If she would have said this way then we wouldn't come today. but she didn't say anything & the way she sounded we felt she is really rude & not co-operative at all. we wasted our 3 hours time to come there & come back. Ella you really let us down by your very unprofessional behaviour in your job . We came from Wembley central to Aylesbury & we went without having a look at the flat. Sorry Michael anthony but we had really bad experience with this unprofessional lady called Ella.

We had an appointment booked for you to view a property at a specific time. The appointment was booked with the occupying tenant at the house and confirmed for that time. At very short notice, you informed us that you would not be able to attend at the appointed time. Alternative times were not available later in the day, of which you were informed, as the pre-arranged time had been set by the occupying tenant of the property, and we only had permission to access the property at the pre-arranged time. You attended the property at a time not scheduled with our company and outside the time period that we had permission to access the property. We did offer to book an alternative appointment time on another day, which you declined. The property has let to an alternative viewer. We understand that you are frustrated that the property has let, but we have endeavoured to help, within the remit of our authority to access properties. We are unable to access properties without the express permission of the occupiers. If viewers do not attend properties at the scheduled and agreed viewing time, we will always try and reschedule to have a representative at the property with the permission of the occupier. We would like to stress that we endeavour to help and assist our customers at all times and would like to confirm that we have liaised with you directly in relation to this matter.
