What an awful experience as a tenant. The lettings staff were problematic to deal with throughout and the whole experience in dealing with them was utterly awful.

Take Maria off the phones. I've never met a salesperson so impolite. You'd think she's selling bad manners not property. I most definitely will not be calling back, and judging by the other reviews, I won't be expecting a callback either. Customer service training is most definitely needed.

Very unprofessional. Rung to book a viewing. Marie was very rude and aggressive on the phone when I called. Should have avoided yet I thought it didn't matter as she wouldn't be showing me the property anyway. Arrived 10 minutes earlier for a viewing at 5:30pm. It hit 5:50pm and nobody arrived. Rung several times and was told office was closed and only admin available. Lady at admin was very nice however assured me that I just needed to wait. Left as nobody turned up in the end. Whitegates wasted both my time and money. Very disappointed with the service provided.

Terrible service. No wonder houses stagnate on the market with this agent. We have been trying to a view a house that is for sale through them, yet have been unable to do so as the agents are never available to take our viewing request calls and the receptionist does not pass on messages! Serin on reception in particular is rude and unhelpful. We are landlords through another agency and the difference between them is staggering. Avoid this agent!
