Flew into UK for one day only to view properties in Coventry. Had a viewing lined up with them and informed them I was only in Coventry for a short time. Arrived at the property early, and called them when the scheduled viewing time arrived to notify them I was at the property. I was told that the agent would be with me shortly. I waited for 15 minutes and called Whitegates again when no agent showed. I was informed that the agent should be there, and that they would call me back shortly with an update. Waited for over 30 minutes, with no sign of the agent and no call from Whitegates. I would not have minded them being late, but not even getting a courtesy call after they never showed I found to be very rude. After dealing with numerous agencies that day, I can say Whitegates were by far the worst. I would advise people to stay away from them.
