They are terrible! Even if you manage to book a viewing, they will simply cancel it if they find someone that they think is better than you. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.NegativeQuality

Had a viewing for a flat, no one turned up. Called the office spoke to someone who told me they can't find the flat on the system I was supposed to be viewing so would get the original person I was speaking with to give me a call back, never happened, emailed the original person I was speaking to 3 Times I think now and have heard nothing. I'm presuming the flat is now gone but they still haven't had the decency to tell me.

Don't have the decency to phone to arrange an appointment just send you timeslots and if it's not convenient then tough! Unfortunately some of us work and cannot just drop everything! Be the last company I would approach if I had property to rent! 😠 Now having had a reply confirms exactly why I wouldn't deal with this company! What an arrogant reply! Had the choice of 4 or 4.30pm on 1st of March to view a property ! How is that giving you the chance to arrange convenient? If I was using them to rent property for me I would be raging if I found this out! Glad the times weren't convenient as what problems would I have had later?NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Mr Butchart, I'm sorry if your unhappy with our services but Im a little confused regarding your specfic issue. All our bookings are made online, we dont use the phone for bookings, partly at the moment as were all working from home. Our diary is avaialble online and is constantly updated as new properties become available, people cancel appointments or properties are no loonger avaialble. The updates are virutualy instantaneous and provide pottential customes with the ability to select an appointment that suits them. If there are no vacant slots in the diary then that is it, we dont have any and us calling you wouldnt change that. Kind regards, Nick Horan Belvoir Dundee

I personally scheduled two viewings with Belvoir, and no one showed up both times! I waited outside in the cold for an hour and a half both times, as I received no call or email about any cancellation. When I would call to see where the agent was, no one would pick up. Needless to say that the first time they apologized but the second one I was completely ghosted! The flat we wanted to rent was not leased for months after our inquiry, wonder if the landlord would want to hear about that...

Dear Sofia, I am extremely sorry to hear about this. We have very recently had a new website deployed and it seems to have caused some clashes with our online diaries. I can only appologise to you for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We would never deliberately not turn up at an appointment without contacting the a pottential tenant first. I had a shockingly unprofessional and impersonal service by this company. After I was reassured that I will get the flat I was interested in they sent me the application form which I filled out and emailed the next day. They said that it took 1-2 weeks to be processed. So I waited for about 10 days and since I have not heard from them I called the office. The woman I talked to told me that perhaps they are still considering my application. Two days after that I sent an email and they replied the next day that they didn't receive my application. I called immediately only to hear that someone else rented the place already. The woman on the phone was very rude and in a hurry to hang up after I started asking questions. No apology, nothing. They put me through so much stress since I was in the process of starting my new job and also I made my travel arrangements. It was a very unpleasant, impersonal and incompetent service. They do not care about their clients. The best is to be avoided by all costs. I regret trusting them enough to allow myself to get involved with them. Thank you for your reply Nick. Dear Ms Mariana Velichkova, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, my apologies for the delay in responding, this was due to a member of staff I need to speak to being absent. I am sorry to hear that you didn’t get the property you wanted and feel that our service has let you down. Having examined the sequence of events surrounding your issue, it appears that when you submitted your application form by email it was identified as ‘spam/junk’ by our IT system and it was not therefore received by our staff. I can only apologise for this and assure you that we have tasked the company that manages our IT to identify and solve this issue. In the interim we have also put in place some additional procedural measures to try and prevent it happening again. Once again, I can only apologise for this. Unfortunately it was some 10 days after you received the referencing form before you applied (not the next day), by which time a number of other people had also viewed the property and as we had not (as far as we knew), received a completed form from you, when one of them applied we accepted their application. When you called the office, no one could find any trace of your application, because it just wasn’t there to be found, for the technical reason outlined above. However, I would point out that up and till that point your interactions with various member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful, indeed they went above and beyond to facilitate your application which was not straight forward and my Office Manager in particular, assisted in this. Once again, I am sorry that you didn’t get the property, but this was due to an unforeseen technical issue that we couldn’t do anything about and were unaware of until this incident.
