Absolute disgrace. They were

Absolute disgrace. They were determined to take money from our deposit. They changed their reasons for the deductions three times when we challenged them. It is obviously just another income stream for them to invent issues, send their own handyman (if anyone at all) and charge absolutely extortionate rates for the minro works done (if done at all). Thieves that I would never use again
