It was nice to get house from whitegates. Behaviour of staffs were really good. Though it took a long time to vetify information but thank god finally I got it.

Just stopped using Whitegates in Huddersfield for letting a property as I sold it. I have used them for many years and in terms of finding and getting tenants through the door they were excellent.PositiveProfessionalism

A slightly mixed experience: absolutely first class and very professional from the outset- in what was a learning curve for me- that honesty was appreciated by Whitegates! This included the gentleman from Whitegates negotiating with the landlord/lady to leave some of the furniture in the property, repainting etc. all of which which was really appreciated including top class communication and updates at every stage. The second part was a little disappointing -once all was signed-from a rather curt and slightly abrupt member of the team:.I called to the shop/office-masked up- to collect the keys and was told to wait outside for about five minutes in the freezing cold- and then just handed the keys with no instuctions where or how anything worked or was in a 250 year old property including the bolier in the loft in outside barn. Thanks to the older gent in the team who knew the property and arranged to meet me there a few days later. Redeemed! Thanks for sorting.!
