Terrible.

Really poor experience. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a viewing and the office don't like to even take a message to the person we have been trying to contact!

How the do: They ask for holding deposit . They don't reserve the property. They get the references. However, they say they don't and that cannot contact with references (because of corvid19) . They don't rent the property (poor landlord!); they keep the money for them; with no reason, that is to say, stealing. Apart, when -at last!- someone answer , is a very rude person.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have been on huddersfield office .I ask for couple questions. The girl there call cirsty .she been so rude .and about my rent .I want quit and get my deposit back it take nearly 1 month for that money back to me they been keep lie to me . Which is they told me sort it out with landlord .I went landlord he sayd got nothing to with me sort with whitegates .I stuck between tham to 1 month for my rent tenancy money back .no never agen .

Worst ever letting agency. They tray to take money from deposit for something that not exist. AVOID. L.E. like I can't reply to the answer, I will write hier : No, I wasn't agree with that 10£ for "missing bulbs" because I have let much more bulbs that I found on that house. Landlord was all ok, but agency WORST EVER
