They have the worst people in customer service in Huddersfield , Everytime i rang them regarding anything they were a huge disappointment. Looks like they were hired to tell off people.extremely rude staff Agency is not doing any repairs work neither they get u in contact with the landlord. So u have no option but to do everything yourself.

Awful place. Avoid at all costs. Do not care about their tenants and are poor at sorting any repairs - even ones that are a heath and safety risk response: unfortunately at the time of any issues you are not bothered, only when you receive a review do you seem slightly interested

Had me go to view a house i wouldn't ever had got asked if they accepted dss then they tell me no sorry afterwards that they said they did then all of a sudden didn't want to work on their communication
