I would like to share my wonderful experiences about the Lovelle Humberston team. We initially dealt with Sam who came and valued our house and took lots of amazing high quality professional photos. Looking back at the valuation she came up with, it was 100% accurate. They proceeded to show respect and care as they showed our house, and took on board any instruction we gave them. Throughout the sale process, we were kept informed by Fiona, who was so professional, friendly and patient. I cannot fault them at any level, I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Sam, Gail, Helen and Connor did a truly fantastic job in selling my property in less than 2 weeks. A very professional service from them. I cannot thank them enough for their regular updates and contact every step of the way. Sam was excellent in making the brochures to my property spectacular , Helen was truly amazing in finding our buyer, Gail was brilliant in making sure my sale went through hassle free and Connor was great in keeping me up to date every step of the way. A very professional, fast, efficient service who made my sale stress free. Thank you so very much. Highly recommended.

The staff at Lovelle Bacons got me a buyer within 6 weeks of the board going up. I was kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff.

I can not praise the staff enough at Lovelle Bacons, Humberston. So helpful and have kept me up to date all the way through from looking for a property to buying my first home. Having recently sold a leasehold property with Lovelles i found the staff to be very professional and supportive throughout a difficult sale. Helping communication between both solicitors, buyer and ourselves and providing advice when necessary. We would certainly use them again when selling another property.

I have just been contacted by one of their staff regarding a viewing WE made the other day. I say WE as it was us who in the end had to approach the vendor, not the agents! I had called previously requesting two properties to be timed sequentially for the next day. We had been promised this would be done. By the end of that day we had NOT been contacted to say it was or was not possible. As we already had an early appointment the next day ( with a trouble free agent ) we completed this and in taking a look at the other properties from the outside met the vendor who had not heard from this agent. He called the agent and we were advised they had tried to make later contact that morning with my "special needs" son , clearly causing confusion by doing after the day agreed. Just now I had a call from this agent who asked how our viewing went but made NO APOLOGY for this previous behaviour, just appeared to wish to ride rough shod over my explaining such and continued onto his wish for feedback! Big mistake! He got it but not about the house, simply that I had no further wish to either speak to or continue this conversation with him! VERY BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS! I am nearly 65, brought and sold many homes in the UK and abroad, NEVER falling out with anyone until now! Does not bode well for any future dealings? Now many ( 7 ) years later and I am pleased to say that this firm has since greatly improved! It would be unfair to still rate them according to this one past incident. :-)

Charged me £1,200 (their minimum fee) to answer the phone and put an advert on Rightmove. In contrast my solicitor handled both the sale of my house; contracts, searches, registration etc etc, and the purchase of the next house, again legal paperwork/contracts /searches etc. For BOTH these jobs they charged me less than Lovelles charged me to answer the phone and put an advert on Rightmove. How can that be right? They (and let’s face it, it's not just them it’s all estate agents) charging more for one job, than solicitors charge for two jobs which require a hell of a lot more work? The entire Estate Agency industry in this country is just one license to print money.

We have searched our data base for your case but can only find a property which completed in May 2015 which was in our Grimsby branch rather than our Humberston branch. However we are only searching using limited information. We feel that our fees reflect a fair market price. It is of course difficult to compare the services provided by a law firm with those of an estate agent. A law firms services are generally known in advance being a similar process for most property sales whereas the services of an estate agent are much more unique. Every property requires a different approach including a tailored service and individual advice. We are very sorry that you felt you needed to post such a review. Our team take our customer service very seriously and we are most disappointed that you feel this way. We wish you every success in your new property and hope if you need the services of an estate agent again that you would consider using Lovelles so we can demonstrate more effectively everything we do to achieve a successful sale.
