I contacted this letting agency in the morning to arrange the apartment viewing. The agent took down my details and we scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. However, to my disappointment, nobody from the agency showed up. Frustrated, I called them again and was informed that the viewing was canceled because they claimed not to have my contact number, even though I had called them using the same number. This experience proved to be a complete waste of my time.

Dear Oksana, I am sorry you were disappointed with our service. Unfortunately we were denied access to the property and therefore had to cancel a group of viewings. This is very frustrating and disappointing for our clients and our team. We had tried to phone but it may be that a digit in the number we had taken down was incorrect as we couldn't get through. Our records show we did email you prior to the appointment but this would have been very short notice. We apologise for the inconvenience. I came all the way from London for a viewing and I was told that, I would sent an application for the property, which I was not sent. (Despite following up repeatedly). When I called again for the third time, I was told, applications were already with the landlord and I had to quickly respond to the email. Guess what? couple of hours after the email, I received the rejection email. Despite the decision, I am just appalled by the service. Thank you Jessica, for all the inconvenience.

Prejudice and not honest. They will twist things just to milk out of you your last money you have. If you don't know of something, they won't provide you relative information, and by the end of tenancy charge you and deduct money, and blame on you! Disgraceful agency lobbying out of unaware tenants. You all should be ashamed!

IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! They are one of the worse agents I have ever come across, they are not proactive so you waste a lot of time chasing them up for updates and when you do attempt to call them they always promise a call back which never happens. Further to that SUE WILSON is full of lies and has no clue what she is doing I've never come across someone so incompetent in my life. They are not worth your money, you're better of finding an agent who actually wants your business or managing the property yourself.

I called twice to inquire about properties that are available. The lady that attended the call twice was really unhelpful and even hung up on me. This is very unprofessional of them. I would avoid them if I were you.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Bad experience. No one arrived during the viewing. I had been waiting for half an hour in front of the property. It’s very unethical. Tried to contact office no, no one answered.
