Hafiz has been really prompt in fixing the issues of my flat. My property manager was on AL when I was handed the flat. The flat was handed to me in below standard level but Hafiz kindly managed to solve few urgent issues promptly to make the place habitable despite not being my property manager. Rented a studio flat for over a year in Leeds. Overall, the service we received was excellent. We were left to enjoy our flat and the letting agents were easily reached. The only issue we had was getting repairs done in a timely fashion. Although this was a problem our letting agents did manage to sort out financial compensation for us which we greatly appreciated.
