I rented from Redbrick in my final year of University and had an excellent experience. They were always friendly on the phone and were very quick to fix any problems with the house, I have now returned to Redbrick as a Professional and am in the process of my new application with them.

Just signed on a house with redbrick, Harry was lovely in showing us around the house and Matt who talked us through the contract was helpful in showing us what to do and even offered us champagne as a welcome gift. Would recommend to other students who are wanting an easy experience in signing onto a house.

We have used Redbrick Properties for 18 years to support us in letting out our properties in and around the Headingley and Leeds area, the coverage that Redbrick can reach is vast. They service we get is excellent, responsive and the team are always there to react to our needs. We use the landlord dashboard which gives us access to our let only portfolio, so we can see at a glance what is being viewed etc. A special shoutout to Matt C and Harry who are always on hand and are professional at all times to both myself and tenants when organising viewings and applications. Our boiler recently broke and within 48 hours we had a brand new one fitted and working, thanks to Halim and the team at Redbrick. Very grateful for them working extremely quickly to identify the issue and finding a solution so we weren’t without hot water over the weekend. Thanks again.

I was shown around a property by Milo, who was really fantastic - he got in touch after sending my application off and arranged a viewing really speedily. I was also sent over all the relevant documents within an hour of telling him that I would like the property - great experience overall.

We’ve had a great experience so far with Redbrick, they’re quick to respond, with really well looked after properties and up to date photos/3D tours online. Milo was really helpful and so lovely, thanks again for all your help!
