Drivers and Norris

It is my second year with Reliable Homes. They are great and very helpful during my first year of stay and thus I continue my second year with the agency. Last week I had a bad experience with the issue of bursting water pipe and they sent …

Reliable Homes sent a really nice plumber to replace my bathroom taps, who arrived punctually at the designated hour. Despite having a few technical problems with my set-up he was cheerful, patient and professional and got the job done just …

Been speaking with James C regarding a garden flat, he’s been very helpful and seems to be honest in his responses. I’d recommend him and the agency if you want genuine assistance and not the usual responses of agents who are ‘all mouth and …

Really great and friendly people. Helped me getting a rent really fast. Always helped whenever i needed something.

Very positive experience leasing a new flat with James and the team at Drivers and Norris. They worked with the landlord in order to accommodate an expedited move in process in order to meet required timelines. They were very responsive and it was easy to communicate with them.

I am extremely happy to have found Lauren Harley at Driver & Norris, after a gruelling bidding war with another agent (who shan't be named), I decided go elsewhere. Lauren has been nothing but attentive to my needs, buying a house is daunting enough without feeling as though you cannot trust the agent who is helping you. Lauren always answered my emails and calls promptly, which helped keep my nerves at ease, my time was never wasted viewing inappropriate properties which showed she truly listened when I told her what I was looking for in my new home. Having simultaneously exchanged and completed a week ago and now fully moved into my new home, it gives me great pleasure in writing this review. Thank you. Warm regards Susan
