Made an appointment to view a flat and they didn't show up. Not worth the hassle.

terrible service- nobody came for our flat viewing and as we asked someone from the apartment where our flat was he said that he was not aware of any flat viewings !!! And when we called the agency nobody picked up !!

Lazy bunch that will do as little as possible. They're unprofessional and as a landlord they lost me money introducing tenants that couldn't really afford the rent without subletting. Disappointed with this company. Should do better considering they've been around for so long.

An absolute nightmare for tenants. Tried to push us into a higher rent contract even as heating and plumbing in the property were repeatedly failing. Boiler failed 6 times before they pushed the landlord to replace it, resulting in about a week without hot water in winter. Refused to compensate us by discounting rent. I have lived in a property they manage for only 6 months and am seriously considering moving solely based on the unending frustration of dealing with them. Avoid!

Went in there super happy and ready to get the paperwork done so I could secure the house. I get starred at by a nasty woman at the reception with zero manners. I tell her to hold it (the house) and as i pass her the phone for the details she asked for she gets a call and by the end she rented it someone else. First come first serve is how it should be but it turns out she'd rather not do any more than she has too. Lazy horrible people do this kind of thing . . I think sarah was the name really bad person. . . She should be fired but shes going out with an agent (James) so probs wont be. . . Dont give them your money go to foxtons instead :]

Bad practice, this agency advertises listings or properties that are not available, fraude.

I'm sorry to say that I had a disappointing experience with this firm. I had an offer accepted on a flat purchase for 45 Hilmarton Road, N7 which they continued to show to prospective buyers, weeks after my offer being accepted. When I raised with Liam (the agent) and his management in writing, I did not receive a reply. Not a great experience and I would not recommend - these unethical practices lead to buyers being "gazumped" and wasting money on legal fees and surveys. Put me off of the company as a whole.

Be honest and act like proper Estate Agents !!!

Liam Sullivan from Drivers & Norris Islington branch booked an appointment with me for a viewing on at 12:30pm on 2 March. I didn't want him to wait so I arrived early at the property around 12:15pm. I waited for 45 minutes. Liam did not even turn up and did not call. I called the office at 12:40pm, The person answered the phone told he Liam JUST LEFT the office. I called the office again at 12:50pm, the person answered the phone said he will turn up soon. After the no-show, Liam called and claimed he was at the property all time (lie 1, the person in the office said he left late. If he was at the property, he would have called me) and claimed that I was at the wrong address (lie 2, trying to push away responsibility) I specifically checked the picture in the listing and made sure I was waiting at the correct entrance (56 Holbrooke Court). Liam Sullivan said he could wait if I came back to see him and there was nothing else he could do. He did not even apologise for not showing up for an appointment. I cannot believe how Drivers & Norris could hire a person with such a shockingly rude and arrogant attitude and dishonesty.
