Stay away. We tried to let a property via this agent. First day, after they get the holding deposit they told us everything is fine. After that referencing process started and took 3 weeks to get a result. The third party asked same documents again and again. Now they are not refunding our deposit. At first we tought they are helping us, but no. Don't use them, don't let them take your money. Even 1 star is too much for them.
If I could give this a zero I would! Drivers and norris currently manage the property I am renting. My ceiling started leaking a month ago and they still haven't fixed it, constantly making up excuses for why a contractor cant come to fix it. My emails never get replies and the lack of communication makes it extremely difficult to arrange time off work to be in when the contractor may eventually show up. In my opinion I would avoid this company!
Terrible experience as a tenant with this agency. Incredibly poor communication and terrible customer service. They're happy as long as they have your money.
Drivers were managing agents for our property for several years. Appalling service doesn't even begin to cover it. The most glaring problem - Little to no communications. Emails largely go unreplied to and phone messages aren't followed up. Even then, trying to arrange for Drivers and Norris to sort out repairs is akin to attempting to recreate the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel with both your hands on fire. Their shoulder-shrugging indifference to every issue, no matter how severe, will make your life miserable. Do not sign up with these guys.
Liam Sullivan from Drivers & Norris booked an appointment with me for a viewing on at 12:30pm on 2 March. I didn't want him to wait so I arrived early at the property around 12:15pm. I waited for 45 minutes. Liam did not even turn up and he did not even call. I called the office at 12:40pm, The person answered the phone told he Liam JUST LEFT the office. I called the office again at 12:50pm, the person answered the phone said he will turn up soon. After the no-show, Liam called and claimed he was at the property all time (lie 1, the person in the office said he left late) and claimed that I was at the wrong address (lie 2, trying to push away responsibility) I specifically checked the picture in the listing and made sure I was waiting at the correct entrance (56 Holbrooke Court). Liam Sullivan said he could wait if I came back to see him and there was nothing else he could do. He did not even apologise for not showing up for an appointment. I cannot believe how Drivers & Norris could hire a person with such a shockingly rude and arrogant attitude and dishonesty.
