I rented a property through them. Don`t do the same mistake. Sink not working, washing machine starts to not work as well and they forgot to mention the presence of very annoying building works. 3 weeks and thanks also to the slow landlord they hook me up with, my life is miserable. My first experience in looking for a property started with this estate agent. They are not professional, very money hungry, client care is not important to them unless of course you are giving them what they want. I backed out of a property and their response (Sarah Twiner) was bullyish and rude even though I was very polite and apologetic to her initially. I emailed the manager John Young who ignored my refund request, subsequently I emailed the managing director Scott Hailou who also ignored my request even just to reply to me to confirm if they accepted it or not. Unprofessional & ruthless company to deal with. Issuing threats for payment and a heavy handed accounts department. Increased commission without notice. I would not recommend any Landlord to do business with them. Be aware of this company !!!

Awful company. Not interested in fixing faults at flats but keen to up the service charge each year. We have currently got a major fault with the AOV unit and have freezing cold air being blown into the building. No reply to online complaint and no communication. Absolutely appalling company
