Poor experience due in most part to inadequate communication from the agency. Rented for 12 months with the agency. Initial inventory never approved with tenants as the agency took the inventory nearly one month after move in. Never told the correct procedure to report issues. No communication from agency on move out regarding deposit repayment (tenants had to chase repeatedly) and when deposit was repaid the agency did not document deductions. Put simply, poor communication all around.

AVOID ....AVOID...AVOID...at all cost....they will play games to sell your property for less to make more money for them self.

I Literally just called them for a company Lbuy as we are loong to purchase 280 units of studios and mid way explaining to them, they put the phone down as if we are not serious??? Terrible service, Terrible Staff

Stay away. Terrible. Pls pls find something somewhere else. They look professional but the service you get behind this is disappointing big time. They do not do nothing for you. Stay away. We tried to let a property via this agent. First day, after they get the holding deposit they told us everything is fine. After that referencing process started and took 3 weeks to get a result. The third party asked same documents again and again. Now they are not refunding our deposit. At first we tought they are helping us, but no. Don't use them, don't let them take your money. Even 1 star is too much for them.
