Would not recommend at all, the Managing Director's conduct is at the very least borderline delinquent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The experience I have had with this company has been horrible. These people have been unprofessional, rude and irrational. In my dealings with them I have had to face a monument of frustration. Furthermore, Mr Asad Riaz was a very brash man who was completely unreasonable throughout and would always have to have the last word BUYER BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO AVOID FRUSTRATION AND IRRATIONALITY!!! After the owner's reply I felt compelled to respond to their further slanderous lies. THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW OF AN INTERACTION I HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY: Further to my previous review, what the owner failed to mention is the fact that they provided 5000 leaflets and provided maps for 20,000, However he did not have the decency to acknowledge that, being the stereotypical ruthless estate agent that he is and when all those 20,000 properties didn't receive a leaflet, Mr Asad Riaz started throwing a tantrum due to no fault but his own. Our company went above and beyond and bent over backwards to accommodate them knowing that it was for a charity. However Mr Asad Riaz chose to spin a web of lies in his reply and cower behind fake excuses to make himself look good (much in the stereotypical manner). ALL THIS MAN IS INTERESTED IN IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE TO PAY A BUSINESS FOR THE SERVICE IT PROVIDED, HE WANTED A FREE SERVICE AND LASHED OUT WHEN HE DIDN'T GET IT. BEWARE, ETHICS AND RATIONALITY ARE NON-EXISTENT IN THIS COMPANY!! THE REASON THEIR CAMPAIGN WAS A SUCCESS IS BECAUSE OUR COMPANY DELIVERED ON THEIR CONTRACT IN FULL! PS: All you had to do Mr. Riaz is acknowledge the truth and this situation would have been avoided but you chose to act irrationally and lash out in a most unfair manner thus you are now reaping the fruits of your reprehensible behaviour.

When coming to sell our property Location Location were high on our list given they sell a lot locally in Stoke Newington. However, after getting them round for a valuation we found them lacking in detail, producing not relevant comps, resulting them producing a suggested asking price a full 10% below where we eventually listed the property and sold with multiple offers within a week with another local agent. Yes, they may sell you're property quicker, but just make sure they're not low balling to make a quick sale, rather than maximise the value of your property. We would have lost a lot of money if we'd listened to Location Location, and the risk is that they set your expectations so low initially that you end up 'happy'. May just be our experience, but just something to consider if your looking for them to sell you're house - do a bit of your own research first to compare to make sure there price suggestions are sensible.

Sorry I can't recommend this estate agent. The service was poor, limited feedback and pressure to keep dropping the price. Even requesting the sign to be removed is a hassle.

The staff here seem to think it is ok to throw their rubbish out the window whilst driving their branded cars around Stoke Newington and in doing so stupidly torching their own brand. Pretty disgusting in the twenty first century. Went in to let them know about this and got some blank stares.. Please dont give these guys any business ever!

NEVER USE LOCATION LOCATION. Last year I tried to purchase my property through them and it was the worst 6 months of my life. They constantly lied on all information, they did not communicate between each other in the office and were regularly rude and dismissive, they were even worse after i pulled out from my offer (as it took over 6 months for a chain free sale). As as first time buyer I thought this service was normal, but within 2 and a half months of pulling out I had completed on another property with speed and ease. do not let them ruin what is meant to be an exiting time.
