Happy with my experience with Martin & Co Manchester Central. Overall their staff are very attentive and have resolved any maintenance/repair issues. The agency is very trustworthy as well, having refunded an accidental overpayment of rent within 24 hours.

FANTASTIC service by Barbra Cousins. Always made sure everything worked properly at the flat, if something didn’t work she made sure it was fixed the same day /as soon as possible. We have been renting with Martin & Co for 2 years and whenever we have had an issue they have been super quick to sort it. My bed broke early on and within a few days I had a new bed frame. Our building has recently suffered a moth infestation and again Martin & Co were quick to resolve the issue by organising for us to have hard wood floors instead of the wool carpet. This was sorted within weeks and on top of that the whole flat has also been freshly painted. All in all a very good service!!!
