The worst office, if you want to rent find a better office cuz they will take your money for silly things. In addition they change the period of the tenancy without inform me.

The most unprofessional place. They will lie and scheme to get you to rent a place and that is unsafe to live in. The property had illegal electrics that had not been changed for 30 years and they were so unsafe, we were told by an electrician that he was supprised it hadn’t caused a fire. House was filthy and was told it would be cleaned, it wasn’t. Thick of mould which was hidden and painted over before I moved in. Staff lie to you and will not care as long as they get someone to rent it. No morals Avoid!

Wouldn't even rate them 1 star. They are a nightmare. Cause stress and anxiety i cant wait till we get out of our property to never have to deal with the incompetent staff again! DO NOT USE THE CHILLINGHAM RD BRANCH. IVE EVEN HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH TRADING STANDARDS.

I am a landlord that used them for letting my flat. Belvoir Chillingham Road branch do not respond to simple e - mails or telephone calls and cannot even manage the basics of very simple administration. They are completely shambolic and do not bother handing over any money to them for managing your property. They accidentally held on to my flat keys for ten years! They did not respond when I asked them to release the tenants deposit! They disregarded my rights for GDPR! The remaining reviews are telling of how they treat tenants is the same themes occur over and over again....Shambollic service.....

On behalf of my partner who rented the property. Would be zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous company! Really look at the property you are renting because they will hide issues. The damp that appeared was absolutely horrendous and tried over and over again to get maintenance to come out but never got a response. The roof clearly had damage (from the storm) and there was water leaking down walls in 3 of the rooms. Several emails were sent and ignored every time. Bedroom window was broken when moved in and was the only window in the bedroom and were ignored consistently and never fixed. The front door lock didn't work and only had a latch, again never fixed. One day we were in the flat and an agent let themselves in with a key didn't introduce herself or even acknowledge she what she had done. She dropped off a carbon monoxide box that apparently was needed because the one on the wall didn't work. Lived there for 12 months without a working one! Again emailed rang and rang and no response. They also tried to withhold deposit because of a mark on the oven that was there previously because they couldn't find a single other fault. Despicable company DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Update: we've moved into our property with multiple issues eg Broken Blinds and window locks still broken reported fix multiple occasions still no one has came to fix our curtains or window which won't open, and your made to feel like burdan for reporting issues and honestly you have to badger them if you need anything done.

Deplorable customer service. Ignoring the tenant requests. Neglecting maintenance and repair. Upon leaving the property, they sent the checkout list, which informed me everything was in good condition and clean. Still, I was then charged a deduction from the deposit for cleaning. Contradiction A lack of understanding and unprofessionalism from the Belvoir team caused an inferior opinion of the company as a whole and ruined the company's reputation. I will not be using it again and strongly recommend avoiding
