I walked into their office
I walked into their office one day after having seen a couple of properties and many agents. This was my last stop as I really wanted to live in this area. I met Umut who was responsive to my needs and showed me a property newly on the market. Mustafa then proceeded to manage the sale of this property and mediated some challenging situations by being always upfront with the situation and by keeping informed every step of the way for the mutual benefit of all parties involved until a successful completion. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this branch.

Working with Mustafa was and continues to be an absolute pleasure! I was hoping to achieve £150k for the flat we sold but Mustafa guided me in adding over £20k in value to the flat. He promised he would achieve £170k and he got us £172K! I continue to work with him and could not be happier. Thank you! Harry

I highly recommend Mr Khalifa
I highly recommend Mr Khalifa as he is a Highly professional Gentleman that definitely knows what his doing. I've being dealing with him for years for property lettings. This time I decided to sell my flat. He was very helpful giving me expert advise he also managed to find me a buyer within 7 days. Everything went so well very smoothly got an excellent price and quick sale. His a very friendly person that you can rely on his professional advise and experience. communicating with him was so easy as he always answers his phone calls and replies to emails. Definitely will be dealing with him again as i grade him a top sale person. I would like to take this opportunity and thank him for all the service he has provided me with!

I bought through this estate
I bought through this estate agent. They were responsive and accommodating to my requests and proactive in moving things forward - more so than my solicitor etc. I didn't feel I was being lied to - which either makes them honest, or excellent salespeople

Friendly, professional, hard
Friendly, professional, hard working agents that, work for your best interest. I have been working with this agency for number of years and I do not have anything bad to say. They have found tenants, checked the suitability, and credits check to ensure that I will not have any issues with them before we agreed on tenancy. I am very happy to have been dealing with the agency and I can advise anyone who is looking to let their property or looking to rent or sell or buy a property to approach them for assistance.

Mustafa sold our family home.
Mustafa sold our family home. The level of dedication he showed in the process was second to none. He worked relentlessly in achieving a price we were very happy with, kept us updated on the legal process and was always available to answer our 101 questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling a home close to their heart.
